Pre-Order and FAQ

At ROUDAH®, selected pieces are offered on a pre-order basis to allow us to produce in small, intentional quantities while maintaining the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that define our collections. Pre-ordering allows us to create limited pieces with greater care, reduce unnecessary overproduction, and continue offering thoughtfully designed garments that remain true to the ROUDAH® philosophy. clearly on the product page.
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a garment before it has been produced or before the next production run is complete. Your piece is then carefully made and prepared specifically for you.
Each pre-order product will clearly display its estimated production and dispatch timeframe on the product page before checkout.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order and production slot.
Production times vary depending on the garment and collection. The estimated production period will always be stated on the individual product page.
As each piece is produced with care, production may occasionally take slightly longer than anticipated.
Once production has been completed, your order will be dispatched using our selected courier partner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or message together with your tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched.
Should there be any meaningful changes to your production timeline, we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Our aim is always to communicate honestly and proactively.
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and preorder items, your order will generally be dispatched once all items are available.
If you would prefer separate shipments, please contact us before placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
As production begins shortly after an order is placed, pre-orders cannot usually be cancelled once production has commenced.

Pre-order garments are not eligible for
exchanges and returns as they are made to fit.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete production of your pre-order, you will be contacted immediately and offered either:
  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative product of equal value (if available), at your discretion.
