Delivery Options Whether you choose to have your ROUDAH® pieces delivered directly to your door or prefer to collect them in person, we strive to ensure your order reaches you seamlessly and efficiently. Collect Your Order For our Johannesburg clients, we offer a convenient local collection service. Location: Supply Address Processing Time: Collection orders take 1–2 working days to process. How it Works: Simply select “Collection” during checkout. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email with your collection code and specific location details. Requirements: Please bring your proof of ID and your unique collection code when picking up your order. Have Your Order Delivered We offer reliable door-to-door courier delivery exclusively within South Africa. Delivery Fee: A flat rate of R100 applies to all orders. Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch:

• KwaZulu-Natal: 2–4 business days.
• Major Centres: 3–7 business days, including Durban, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein and Cape Town.
• Outlying & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days, depending on the courier service and destination.

Important Delivery Information

• Processing & Dispatch: Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been processed and dispatched. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
• Service Area: We strictly deliver within South Africa only.
• Physical Addresses Only: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• Office Hours: Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 08h30 and 17h00.
• Proof of Delivery: Every delivery must be signed upon receipt.
